Refund & Donation Policy

1 Tax-Deductible Donations

JAB Innovations, Inc. is a registered 501c3 tax-exempt nonprofit (EIN: 41-3420050). All donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Stripe sends an automatic email receipt for every transaction.

2 Non-Refundable

All donations are considered final and non-refundable. By completing a donation, you acknowledge that your contribution is a voluntary charitable gift supporting the mission of JAB Innovations.

3 How Donations Are Used

• Research, development, and construction of reactor technology
• Purchasing parts and materials for the Mark V mobile reactor
• Independent lab testing and fuel analysis
• Public demonstrations and educational outreach
• Grants for innovators and community programs
• Operational costs necessary to advance the mission

4 Recurring Donations

Monthly recurring donations are charged automatically on the same date each month. You may cancel at any time:

• Through the subscription management link in your payment confirmation email
• By contacting info@jabinnovations.org

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for prior months.

5 Auction Purchases

All auction sales are final. Items are sold as-is. Winning bidders are charged automatically at auction close. No refunds, returns, or exchanges.

6 Errors & Duplicate Charges

If you believe you were charged in error or received a duplicate charge, contact us within 30 days at info@jabinnovations.org. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
