We are a 501c3 nonprofit developing solar-powered microwave pyrolysis reactors that convert plastic waste into clean, usable fuel.
We don't campaign about the plastic crisis.
We engineer solutions to eliminate it.
Founder & Inventor
At 15, Julian watched a video about ocean plastic that changed everything. Less than 3% is recycled. No solution was offered. Two years later, he built his first reactor in his parents' backyard.
Built from scratch, teaching himself welding, chemistry, and engineering. Now working on the sixth.
May 2024: second-degree burns building the Mark 4.5 refiner. Hospitalized, recovered, went right back to building.
Moved operations to Alabama after the explosion. Drove 4 hours each way, almost daily, because the mission mattered more.
Chose mission over college. Accepted the $100K fellowship (requires dropping out) and funded himself through social media.
Featured in Forbes, Newsweek, Fox News. Recognized by Dr. Bernice King at the MLK Jr. Beloved Community Awards.
Speaking at TEDx NorthernQuarter in Manchester and invited to Harvard by the iCreate student organization.
"There's no age limit to change the world. I started when I was 17. I'm 22. It's all about your ambition."
Julian Brown
The world's first solar-powered, continuous-feed microwave pyrolysis system. The goal isn't just fuel production. It's the permanent destruction of plastic.
Our pyrolysis process converts waste plastic into "Plastoline", a high-performance 110-octane fuel derived entirely from plastic waste.
The system operates in a sealed vacuum chamber, breaking plastic back into its original hydrocarbon base with no combustion, no emissions, and no waste byproducts.

JAB Innovations exists to ensure this technology can be deployed anywhere, including communities that cannot afford it.
Trailer-mounted units deployable to any location on demand
Units integrated onto vessels for ocean plastic cleanup
On-site conversion in coastal communities worldwide
Implementation without financial barriers for any nation

And the solutions aren't keeping up. Here's where things stand.
Recycling alone will never solve this.
The world needs technology that destroys plastic permanently, not just moves it somewhere else. That's what JAB Innovations is building.
Deploy scalable, solar-powered reactors wherever they are needed. No exceptions, no barriers.
Full transparency in our process, progress, and challenges
Open science and verified lab testing shared with the world
Complete financial accountability as a 501c3 nonprofit
